Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Vekig delivers nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities, towns, and accessible rural areas. We ship to Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, and Islamabad Capital Territory.

Delivery to remote or restricted areas may have additional charges or longer delivery times. Our team will confirm any such charges during the order confirmation call.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Pakistan Post): 3-7 business days
    • Most economical option
    • Tracking available
    • COD available
    • Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000
  • Express Shipping (Leopards Courier): 1-3 business days
    • Fastest delivery option
    • Real-time tracking
    • COD available
    • Free shipping on orders over PKR 10,000
  • Store Pickup: Available if/when a physical location is established
    • Free of charge
    • Pickup notification sent when ready
    • Holding period: 7 days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 200 (free on orders over PKR 5,000)
  • Express Shipping: PKR 500 (free on orders over PKR 10,000)
  • Store Pickup: Free
  • COD handling fee: Included in shipping charge (no additional fee)
  • Remote area surcharge: May apply (confirmed during order call)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, delivery location, and selected method. Final charges are confirmed by phone before order processing.

4. Order Processing & Confirmation

  1. Order Placed: You receive an order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp
  2. Confirmation Call: Our team calls within 24 hours to confirm delivery address, shipping method, and charges
  3. Payment Verification: For non-COD orders, payment is verified (up to 24 hours)
  4. Processing: Order is prepared for shipment (1-2 business days)
  5. Dispatch: Shipped via selected courier; tracking number provided
  6. Delivery: Courier delivers to your address

5. Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 1-3 business days (Express), 2-5 business days (Standard)
  • Other Cities & Towns: 2-4 business days (Express), 3-7 business days (Standard)
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5-10 business days

Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, courier capacity, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for consequential damages due to delivery delays.

6. Delivery Requirements

  • Someone must be available at the delivery address during business hours
  • Valid CNIC or photo ID may be required for verification
  • For COD orders, exact change is appreciated
  • Inspect the package before accepting if possible
  • Report any visible damage to the courier immediately

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier typically makes 2-3 delivery attempts
  • After failed attempts, package is held at local courier office for 5-7 days
  • Customer can collect from courier office
  • If unclaimed, package is returned to us; return shipping charges may apply
  • Re-shipping incurs additional charges

8. Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracking number sent via SMS/WhatsApp upon dispatch
  • Track online via courier website or our order tracking page
  • Delivery updates sent via SMS/WhatsApp
  • Contact us if tracking not updated within 24 hours of dispatch

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Report lost/damaged shipments within 48 hours of expected delivery
  • We file claims with the courier on your behalf
  • Refund or replacement processed after courier investigation (typically 7-14 business days)
  • Insurance coverage applies based on declared value

10. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time. For inquiries about future international shipping, contact our support team.
