1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Scope of Business

Vekig is a Pakistan-based technology and e-commerce business selling electronics, solar products, EV products, CCTV & security equipment, smart technology, and related technology products.

We operate on a nationwide basis across Pakistan. We do not maintain a physical warehouse; products are sourced based on customer orders while maintaining our margin. Product availability is confirmed before fulfillment.

3. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product information, specifications, and pricing. However:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product.
  • Specifications are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice.
  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product information at any time.
  • Stock levels shown are indicative; actual availability is confirmed at order processing.

4. Orders and Order Confirmation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a binding contract.
  • Order confirmation is sent via SMS/WhatsApp/email after order placement.
  • Our team will contact you to confirm delivery charges and schedule before finalizing the order.
  • We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Orders may be cancelled if products become unavailable or pricing errors are identified.

5. Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order is delivered. Available for eligible orders.
  • Easypaisa: Manual verification required. Provide transaction reference after payment.
  • JazzCash: Manual verification required. Provide transaction reference after payment.
  • Bank Transfer: Manual verification required. Provide transaction reference after payment.

For non-COD payments, orders are confirmed only after manual payment verification by our team. Payment verification may take up to 24 hours during business days.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Delivery charges are confirmed by phone before order finalization.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases. Key points:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
  • Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Certain products (opened software, customized items) may not be eligible for return.

8. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided by the brand. Vekig facilitates warranty claims but is not the warrantor. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product category. Contact us for warranty claim assistance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vekig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Vekig or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to our data practices.

12. Modifications
